Hi all.. .. .I've been charged with writing up human factors material for my small company by CAA. After having a look at the ATPL syllabus on human factors, amongst other material on the subject, it become obvious that the topic is so vague and open to so many influences eg culture. . .Where on earth do I start? Any suggestion is so welcome. I have a deadline.

If it is for human factors training of crew within the company then the requirements for the ATPL course seems a bit of overkill.. .There is an ICAO document that would be more relevant but for the life of me I cannot remember what it's called.. .. .It would surprise me if your regulations do not specify what is required in the training in the same way as the JARs here in Europe.. .. .If you like you are welcome to e-mail me at [email protected]
