New Draft CAR on FDTL by DGCA India

Dear Fellow pilots,

I hope some of the Indian and Expat pilots in India have read the latest CAR (Draft) on FDTL which needs to be responded with comments before 15 May 2011. I felt that the amount of rest period has been reduced (maybe with pressures from airlines) but it will affect all of us adversely in the future if and when it is implemented. Could some of you respond to this mail with your comments?

Why not just use CAP 371, why do they need to mess about like this?

I just hope they get rid of the stupid night rules they have!
