I have two computers, a desktop and a laptop, both running Outlook Express, same email address and server; and connected to the web via a router. Otherwise there is no connection between them.
I limit the number of inbox emails on the desktop down to 100 or less via deletion.
Not having used the laptop for emails this year I opened it up yesterday and it downloaded some 1900 emails going back to 1st January. These emails had previously been deleted via the desktop. So what is going on. ?? Today the laptop will not open up Outlook Express at all, probably tired from all those downloads yesterday. Is there a way to do a bulk erasure of inbox emails similar to deleted emails. Any help appreciated.
