Crossing the London City zone from north to south in a light twin at 2000 ft, I'd normally just ask for a transit via London Bridge towards Crystal Palace. Thames/Heathrow is delightfully obliging and, give or take an orbit, such a request hasn't been refused yet.
On Friday, there's a RA(T) over the City (http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/aip/current/aic/EG_Circ_2011_M_022_en.pdf) for some do that's on in London. That means the furthest west available is through the LCY overhead. Is that likely to be available or are transits through the overhead prohibited at LCY?
