Registered Facility / RF(A)

I'm looking for any information or documentation available which could educate me in the requirements to set up a RF(A). The PPRuNe search facility has yielded nothing specific, as has Google. Does anybody have any pointers, knowledge, info, links etc. that they might be willing to share?

You're right. I didn't. I'm planning on setting up in Germany. That said, the document you provided gives me a good background to the requirements anyway. I'm still searching for the German equivalent.

If anyone else has info or can help, I'll be most grateful.
