Anyone know how I can get hold of software to practise for NATS recruitment tests?

Psychometric Tests are very similar in concept, usually testing the same aspects (Spatial Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning etc.) I recommend looking at the aptitude testing that the military put candidates through for officer selection, since these should be similar in many ways...
Preparation for these sort of tests can only do so much, but if it is something you feel you can benefit from. They are all over the internet, a simple google search should help, but failing that:
