'Stranded Flyer' - a good idea (UK)

There are times when we could all do with some assistance away from home base whether due to aircraft unserviceability, weather or for any other reason that precludes continuing en-route or returning home. This website is designed to provide pilots and GA enthusiasts with a self help facility. The idea is that anyone who thinks they might like to receive assistance volunteers themselves contactable in case they can assist another pilot in difficulty. You can take part by registering your details thus indicating your willingness to be contacted by a fellow flyer in need.
