I heard from a friend that there is no ATPL(H) yet and that you have to complete the ATPL(A). is that true?

Of course, I say of course there's an ATPL(H); I've got one. When I did mine (10+ years ago) you did CPL-level exams plus helicopter techs. It might have changed by now, though.
