Balls! If you couldnt identify it it wasnt too low! Besides, it has a fixed gear so it couldnt be really low, also its a very big bipe so it might look lower than it really is.

That's it. By the way I know what too low is as used to fly a Hughes 300 over Toronto.

"Flew a Hughes 300 over Toronto", OK, when it comes to judging height AGL of this particular aircraft its worth noteing that a 300 will fit between the outboard wing strut and the pilots office,it is indeed a very big bipe! During my time in the military I cant remember how many times we found during enquiries into low flying charges that even experienced AA gunners couldnt judge the height AGL of aircraft worth a damn, as a lawyer you should have a look into case histories of some of TC Enfocement efforts to prove low flying violations, interesting reading for sure, of course the cases in which the aircraft was below the rooftops arnt too hard to prove. By the way, I have a low flying waiver, thats so I can spray your food with nasty toxic stuff to make it cheaper to buy, when engaged in this sport hardly a day goes by without the OPP turning up to lay charges, none of which ever stick.

Sure is - this pic with people beside it (http://images3.jetphotos.net/img/2/5/8/3/60388_1235319385.jpg) provides some sort of perspective. :ok:
