Anyone knows where to find the Balpa salaries survey ?

I checked the Balpa site... Unable to find it.

Unfortunately, I am not a Balpa member being non-British. (They refused my application despite the fact that I fly for a British Airline).
Thus, no access to member area !!

Any suggestion how to get the salary survey ?
We are trying to get a pay rise and we need hard proof concerning salaries in the transport industry !
