Hi there,

you are right but as you should know this is spain and things happen slowly in spain.
Anyway here we have a terrible corruption problem and may elections... now they are dealing between goverment-AENA-Spanair and Boeing to whom blame on.
At the end for sure they will blame the pilots of course.... they can not speak any more.

I think after may they arise the final rep.

cheers!!

are you talking about the Spanair flight JKK5022 that crashed in Madrid in August 2008 ?

Here it comes : Spanair flight JKK5022 final report (http://www.aviation-accidents.net/spanair-mcdonnel-douglas-md82-ec-hfp-flight-jkk5022/)

Actually most of the causes - as you say - are involving the pilots, their operations and CRM, although the failure of "takeoff configuration warning (TOWS)" was the very last chance for the pilots to realize that the takeoff configuration was not appropriate.
