Hello

Could somebody explain what's the MSVR mentioned at a canadian Foreign Air Operator Certificate

Tried Googling, Searched Abbreviations in Jeppesen, and Canadian AIP Abbreviations but couldn't find it anywhere :confused:

Curious... The acronym doesn't appear often but can be found in the French versions of some Operations Specifications related to performance airspace and appears to be the French equivalent for RVSM. For example:

Operations Specifcation 081 - Operations in Performace Airspace (http://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/civilaviation/standards/commerce-certification-ops-081instructions-1330.htm)
Spécifications d'exploitation 081 - Exploitations dans l'espace aérien de performance (http://www.tc.gc.ca/fra/aviationcivile/normes/commerce-agrement-ops-081instructions-1330.htm)

However, other translated documents use the acronym RVSM in both English and French...

Confirmed from someone in foreign inspection and certification at Transport Canada. It's French for RVSM.
