Hi to all,
I have been in Executive flying for a couple of years. Before that I flew light turbo props for a small airline and now a medium jet for an exec. company.
Capt. on the turbine and FO on the jet, on which I have almost 1000h.
What are my odds to get back to the airlines and what is the best way to proceed?
Would it be worth getting a rating with a job guarantee?
Thanks for your advice!!

My advice, forget the pay-for-rating for airline flying, as most airlines require 500 hours in type to be of much value.
I would stick with exec flying as some of the salaries I've seen are quite good...as was mine when I was a corporate aviation department manager/chief pilot, years ago.
