And to make it just a shade easier for everyone:

Air Accidents Investigation: Schweizer 269C-1, G-CEAW (http://www.aaib.gov.uk/publications/bulletins/march_2011/schweizer_269c_1__g_ceaw.cfm)

and

Air Accidents Investigation: Schweizer 269C-1, G-LINX Correction (http://www.aaib.gov.uk/publications/bulletins/march_2011/schweizer_269c_1__g_linx_correction_.cfm)

And just to make it a shade even easier than that:

G-CEAW - H300 gets into ground resonance with low rpm, tries to rev up and lift off rather than quit. A/c written off, minor injuries to sole occupant.

I wonder whether a Rotorhead was in the Citation that overran the runway - the report says the owner (who was sitting in the RHS) had a helicopter licence.....

As for multi tasking...try hand flying a Citation 1 on an ILS one dark winter evening with a very low base and vis and a strong crosswind.(Single crew private jet)

If only .... :p

Some recent BBC programmes/articles on the world of (nothing particularly rotary) accident investigation:

BBC News - How air crash investigations may be thrown off course (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-12940060)

BBC - BBC Radio 4 Programmes - File on 4, Air Crashes (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b010025s)

The classic report on this bulletin is the FW guy who had no licence, bought a plane, flew it for 4 hours, ran out of fuel and ditched in the sea!!!!
