Thai Airways and Vietnam Airlines info request.

I would love to hear any info anyone has re http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/tongue.gifilot employment with Thai or Vietnam.
Could anyone quote salary scales for either carrier.What is working for them like and what is the mandatory retirement age ?

Thai Airways no longer has expat pilots. Apparently the last left some years ago. Unless something has changed in the last month or two, TG's policy is to hire only Thais.
