I was just thinking how things have changed over the years. Not that long ago there were lots of flights arriving into LH from the north. Im trying to remember how many.

I think there might have been;

3 Dan Air from INV
5 BA from ABZ
8 BA from GLA
8 Midland from GLA
8 Midland from EDI
12 BA from EDI
8 Midland from BFS
8 BA from BFS
5 BA from NCL
2 from Carlisle
5 Midland from MME
5 Midland from LBA
8 BA from MAN
4 Danair from MAN
5 Midland from LPL
6 Midland from BHX
6 Midland from EMA
3 AirUK from Humberside
3 Air UK Norwich
some Dublins came from the north too.
After the end of March 75% of the above will be gone. Anyone want to check the numbers? Guess BNN is a quiet lonely place these days?

Methinks Bovingdon still gets busy... plenty of transAtlantic traffic through there.

I think that the Dan-Air(Best airline in the UK) service from Ringway went to Gatwick. From Carlisle there was an HS748 which went to LHR via Dundee and was called Euro-something?
