G'day guys,

After a suitable 8+ seat aircraft, chieftain and cessna 400 series is becoming abit out dated, b200 has quite high operating costs and some of our pax wont fly on a single engine aircraft ie:cessna 208. Any suggestions. anything between 8-19

Try a PC12; they're very popular in my part of the country.

erm, PC12's are single engine.

Dornier 228? They're not that old yet.

You could consider a Jetstream or a Bandit, but they're also getting a bit long in the tooth, as would be a Conquest.

DIVOSH!

In order of prefrence:

i) Twin Otter
ii) Do-228
iii) LET 410/420

All the above are 19 Seaters.

What speed, range, payload (freight/baggage volume & mass in addition to bums) & runway performance do you

a) need ie anything less will not be considered
b) would like to have if you can get it even if it costs a little bit more?

Otherwise it's hard to answer.
