Flight Trackers??

Does anyone know of any web sites that track flights. I have found www.flighttracker.com (http://www.flighttracker.com) which is good for U.S flights but seems to give out funny info for U.K bound flights (just tracking a BAL flt that just took off from PFO and it says it'll land in 25hrs 30mins- think they made a wrong turn!!!)
