Saw a Russian registered PA28 at IOM today.
I suppose it's owner had it registered in Russia, and at some stage bought it to the UK.
I understand that the aircraft is a permanant resident at IOM, are ther any advantages to retaining the Russsian reg'? Will it have to be re - registered to a UK reg' in due course.
