Small Pod aft of the Upper Deck on United Boeing 747-400s?

Saw a few minutes of film today of flying operations at Los Angeles and noticed that there is a small pod aft of the Upper Deck on United Boeing 747-400s. What kind of kit is it? Noticed the same on Korean 744s but not on JAL or ANA aircraft. Thank you, TTT.

I think you will find it is for Satcom/Satnav etc.(Aerials?).

Inmarsat Standard C or Standard M antenna radome most probably.
