I need info on GB

I am in need of some information on GB if anyone can help?

I have an interview for which I would like to be armed with some gen and possibly a bit of background, both good & bad.

Questions such as:

1, how many aircraft 737's / Airbus
2, what is tha FO's salary, pension and benefits
3, what is the time to command
4, are GB a happy company
5, what are the rosters like

and anything along those lines which may help a budding

1, how many aircraft 737's / Airbus....4 Airbus, 7 737's
2, what is tha FO's salary, pension and benefits.....starting £31,82. Company contribute 10% of basic salary for pension. Full BA concessions.
3, what is the time to command.... approx.7 years
4, are GB a happy company....not if you believe Prune!
5, what are the rosters like...Will go through a period of instability due to the fleet changeover from Boeing to Airbus.
