Who is BBW?

Can anyone tell me who exactly is BBW?
They are supposed to own 60% of BM but I can only find a link to The Belravia Brewing Company in Scotland or the Bucharest Business Week. Both of which seem unlikely contenders for ownership of the Uk's 2nd biggest scheduled airline.
