'Anywhere' is a pretty broad brush, there are many, many operators worldwide. Canada probably has the largest population although quite a number are on floats/amphibious. There are lots of exotic (=fun) locales where Twotters can be found - Fiji, Nepal, Ethiopia (OK not so fun) spring to mind.

Another aspect is their increasing use for skydiving uplifts, mainly in the US. But I would imagine that becomes rather tedious after a while.

You can download a production list/current operator file from one of the 'planespotter' sites but you'll need to unzip it and get a good pair of specs :)

If you want a challenge - what about the British Antarctic Survey? Real aeroplanes, real flying!

Exeter is a good place to be for Twin Otters in the UK.

The Scilly Isles Skybus flies Otters from the St Marys to Exeter, Newquay, Bristol, and Plymouth. I believe they might operate Otters from Lands End once in a while as well. Many a time have I followed one around the tarmac at EXT, I wouldn't mind having a go one day...
