Flybe at Gatwick

What a wonderful job the Flybe Staff and Handling Agents did at de-materialisng at LGW last night when BE7294 had been cancelled and then the self loading cargo were de-planed from BE7296 due to de-icing difficulties !!!
Just how do they all manage to disappear with such tremendous efficiency?
