Amazed by this sudden outpouring of enthusiasm to apply to them.
Perhaps a little time spent here with the search function might help to put things in perspective.
Good luck with the DLR test, a little OTT/Anal if you take into account the general standard of SOP/CRM exhibited in most Turkish companies (including, but not limited to evidently , the flag carrier) which is what you will be presented with in day to day ops.
Ask the earth, and deliver, what exactly ? in respect to normal European standards.
I guess the DLR test is good PR for the German tour operators that flog seats to all the Germans desparate for a flight to the sun, but it is all window dressing, and this is STILL a Turkish company with all that entails.
Ask a friend working for one if you don't believe me.
