how we can do to transform the mnm clim gradient that we find as % in one sid charts to rateo of vertical speed?

The Australian FIH has a conversion chart that does just this.

Most plates have a % listed with a range of min climb rates dependent on groundspeed on them. If you want the minimum % per NM, then use the 60kts groundspeed value or interpolate other values to get the answer.

Multiply your speed on the climbout times the percentage and Bob's your uncle.
