Back in '82, an acqaintance of mine was in charge of the RAF handling unit there and he told me he did a lot of flying in a Cessna 150 he hired from the local club.

I was doing some work at Dakar airport just over a month ago and visited both the civil and military sides of the airport. The only small aircraft I saw was a Luxemburg company owned BN2T, being operated on sea search for boat people.
