Buy a share in Florida? I think you'll be competing with Kermit & Disney for starters... and half the pensioners of Canada and the midwest snowbirds... :}

If you're operating out of Sarasota and you need accomodation gimme a shout. Family member has condo to rent on Longboat Key, great location quick and pleasant drive to the airport. Did my first (powered) solo there!:ok:

Would like to buy a share in an aircraft based Sarasota or Venice FL. C182/C172
Can anyone suggest a good website to look at as Google comes up with very little.
I have my own place in Osprey so either location would be ideal.
