Also ATC instructor positions advertised recently at Qatar Aeronautical College in Doha. don't know the details though, sorry.

Not sure, might have been the CANSO jobs site. You could try Qatar Aeronautical College (http://www.qac.edu.qa/)

Although they have nothing advertised there at present, it may be of use to send them your resume.
