Hi all
Having a bit of a problem identifying the rules with regards to IFR charter on twin pistons (T303) and King Air 200 (turbine) single pilot
I have varying stories saying in the UK, you are not allowed to do twin IFR Charter single pilot day or night with pax on the above mentioned aircraft in the UK and others saying you are.
I am researching Lasors but have not found the answer yet. Im sure you are allowed to do single pilot IFR charter by day with pax (not sure about night) on twin pistons, but if I am wrong please correct me.
I really need this issue cleared up. I have just converted to the JAA license from Australia, so rules may be different.
