I am currently doing my IR, and normally been using met office Low level spot wind chart to get my wind direction/strength. However I recently got Flitestar IFR, with weather updates, and the data are quite different on these.
As an example I tried for current route within UK Stapelford to Southend, and at Met office I get wind: 350 / 25kts while Jeppesen WX in flitestar gives me 326 18 kts, now this is not much difference, but earlier this morning Jeppesen gave me 10kts wind, while Met Office had 25 kts, also heading was around 30 degrees off.

Is the Jeppesen WX more accurate then Met Office?
