If so, I would love to join you. I have a PPL (A) and fly out of Blackpool, but would be very interested in flying as a pax when I'm down @ my folks in Chi over Christmas.

Mate of mine has a Piper Dakota at Goodwood which is on a public cat & is available for hire. Has a pet instructor too for checkouts. Not sure what its availability is over that time but worth looking at.

topunicyclist, hi - work and weather permitting, it may be possible to offer a ride in the back seat of a tailwheeler, if that appeals. e-mail me off line with the dates you're down in Chi and contact phone numbers.
