Anybody got any info on the proposed IWR rating ( instrument weather rating )that was bandied about by JAA some time back ?
It was going to be a replacement for the IMC rating and could be used in JAA states.
This IWR rating is never mentioned now , and I was wondering if it had been scraped.
Id be interested to know more!
