Anybody out there know of a computerised club aircraft booking system, which can be accessed via the internet without an administrator having to be present to sort out conflicts, and has been proven in practice?
At our club we have 10 aircraft, the current ledger based (paper and pencil) booking system means that someone has to be in the clubhouse to be able to book an aircraft via the phone. This can be very inconvenient, particularly when trying to co-ordinate it with an instructor booking. We would like to be able to book aircraft even when there is nobody present at the clubhouse, via an internet based application. Problem with the systems seen so far is that someone still has to be present to sort out booking conflicts, which kinda defeats the object...
Preferably gratis of course (JOKE: this is Holland, we have a reputation to keep up, it is mandatory here to make this statement!!).
