Hi,

Does anybody have information on ATC jobs in e.g. Singapore or Kuala Lumpur?
Do these places hire experienced controllers?
I have 10 years experience from larger airports (TWR) and airspace (APP) in Europe and the Middle East.

Thanks for your time!

Hi Defender110, ATCO's in KL (Kuala Lumpur) are recruited by the Public Services Commission (Government Agency). In other words they are only for Malaysians and all ATCO's are Civil Servants. There was talk that ATC KUL was going to be privatised some years ago. Nothing has materialised thus far. Foreign Ctlers are not eligible as there is no shortage of Ctlers over here. All new recruits are locally trained by the Malaysian ATC Academy situated near the International Airport. Hope this helps.:ok:
