I am looking for a R22 to self fly hire in the south east or London,a block of say 50 hours,any suggestions who would be the best to contact.

Sorry VSI, can't help you.
But PilotEddy, I wouldn't consider answering another PPRuNer's question "advertising". If you've got a good experience of somewhere, let everyone know! Even if you're financially connected with somewhere you're going to recommend, I don't view that as a problem, so long as it's in the context of an existing thread, and so long as you specify what your connection is.
(Of course, if you want to contact people off of this forum, for whatever reason, that's your choice and privilege - but don't let fear of advertising stop you making legitimate comments.)

you could also try Direct Helicopters @ southend. the owner is very fair and has helped a lot of people :)
