Hi,
is St Merryn's airfield in Cornwall still active? If anybody has a contact number I would be most obliged.

St Merryn is definitely not active. The surface is very poor and it's privately owned by a farmer (who does, incidentally, fly) but if anyone goes in there and has a problem he would be in grave difficulty.

Newquay Airport is only a few miles away from St Merryn ;)
As nice as you are Foxy Loxy I bet the charges are horrendous

Charges are not my bailiwick. You can self-handle at NQY, or ask Weston. But you WILL get an exemplary ATC service :ok:
