Years ago in the UN compound there was this amazing local cook called Jacob. For a very small fee he would put together the most amazing meals from what he could source locally and cook it on one gas stove and a coal drum if I recall correctly. He would even ask you what time you wanted breakfast the next day and have it ready when you woke up. I had some of the best food ever during my stay in Sudan there. If he is still there, it is well worth the few dollars that he charges. :ok:

:} Soft toiletpaper (for when "those parts" are tender from wiping about 10 times a day!), lots of Immodiums, cream for rashes, Tabart and lots of cigarettes. :}
