Is there a min v/s to be used when the ATC clears you to decent?

I understand it can create problem for the controllers planning if the aircraft is descending to slow, but is there any minimum required V/S?

Can't speak for everyone but for Gatwick descent below TL I would expect you to be doing a CDA

Below TL our company ops manual allows us to reduce right back to -100fpm if we need to in order to achieve a constant descent onto the glide path. Obviously the shallower the descent, the more power needed to maintain the speed so we try to keep around -500fpm or more.
