Holding Speeds Manila

Can someone advise what the holding speeds are at Manila? ATC has reported no published limits.........speed your discretion. Is this true?:confused:

If not please advise the speeds and if possible the reference.

The Phillipines has implemented ICAO Table 2

Max Holding Speeds
up to 6000ft 210 Kts
6000 - 14000ft 220 Kts
above 14000 ft 240 Kts
