no equity group near EGTB (Booker)

Hi

do you know or in a group where you dnot have to buy in but rather pay monthly and then for wet hours?

I noticed renting is too expensive, but buying in a group is hard as we have plans to move within a year.

Isn't a 'non-equity group' just another way of saying rental?

hmm well no? I prefer to pay a monthly membership fee to contribute to maintenance etc.. but want cheaper hourly rental and not the 100 or 120 per hour.
However with a share I dont have flexibility when it comes to moving on.. I am sure every low hr ppl struggles with this..
