Jeps vs ERSA

I posed this question to my flight instructor and he did not know the answer, so I shall ask PRUNE:
In ERSA it mentions whether BN CTR or ML CTR can or cannot be contacted on the ground at various airports, or height restrictions if services cannot be reached on the ground (e.g. Scone). However, the Jeps equivalent has nothing similar, either in the Airport Directory section or on the IFR route charts.

Have I just not found the right place to look in Jeps, or is this information actually missing?

You haven't missed it. Jepps don't have it. So far its the only thing I miss from ERSA. After reading a post about Jepps / vs ERSA, I finally ditched the ERSA late last year and now just use the Jepp airport directory. You just need to ask on area freq before you change to CTAF.
