Have you consulted Aéroport Marignane : Liste des aéroports de France, parking aéroport de Marseille Provence (http://www.aeroport.fr/les-aeroports-de-l-uaf/marseille-provence.php) ?

An aeroclub ACMP is mentioned there and elsewhere, they seem to have had a website at one time.

But have you also checked the landing tax as mentioned at Nav 3000 - euroVFR : tools for pilots, 3500 airfields. (http://nav3000.free.fr/) ? Though I'd like to see that confirmed.

the airport has a very nice GA terminal with full time security and a landing fee desk.

you do not need to be handled and will save 200 euros.

if you must have handling then I think its air assistance who are very
friendly but simply drive you 200 feet to the terminal

Hi Martin

Is there any way we can confirm that handling isn't required or do you have a contact for the GA terminal. We want to stay overnight and obviously need to confirm everything.

Thanks

VFR charts (https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/aip/enligne/PDF_AIPparSSection/VAC/AD/2/1008_AD-2.LFML.pdf)

AIP entry (https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/aip/enligne/PDF_AIPparSSection/AIP%20FRANCE/AD/2/1008_AD-2.LFML.pdf)

All the contact details are there, as is:

"For safety and security reasons, handling is compulsory
for ACFT’s weight > 4 T and ACFT going to the EUROCOPTER
area"

Been there twice, in 2005 and 2008. Stoppped for lunch the first time, stayed overnight the second time. No handling necessary on either of those occasions. Landing fee was around 50-60 EUR.
