Take off Config warnings

Ive been reading through my FCOM and I cant find the conditions that casue a
Take Off config warning

Can anyone name the configurations that will cause this. Some I know are

Take off flaps not set
Spoilers extended

Maybe trim not in green range and parking brake on but not sure...

A copy/paste out of the 737 FCOM:

The takeoff configuration warning is armed when the airplane is on the ground and either or both forward thrust levers are advanced for takeoff. An intermittent warning horn sounds if:

trailing edge flaps are not in the flaps 1 through 25 takeoff range, or

trailing edge flaps are in a skew or asymmetry condition, or have uncommanded motion, or

leading edge devices are not configured for takeoff or have uncommanded motion, or

speed brake lever is not in the DOWN position, or

spoiler control valve is open providing pressurized hydraulic fluid to the ground spoiler interlock valve, or

parking brake is set, or

stabilizer trim not set in the takeoff range.

E.g., assuming that all systems are in the correct place at the start of the take off run but during the take off whilst accelerating on the ground, if one of the systems monitored goes outside a parameter, will the warning sound?

This would be part of the air/ground logic so as long as the systems are in ‘ground’ logic then yes.
Let’s consider a runaway trim, initially during take off run the trim is in the green band (no warning) and subsequently the trim moves outside of the green band.

Not too sure, probably it just depends on GND/AIR Mode switch. I don't think it has T/O or LDG Inhibit like the 'Bus (which is actually a super useful feature).

:) The bus has a T/O CONFIG warning, but what I find super useful is the INHIBIT mode, which suppresses minor/nuisance warnings during takeoff and finals.

A lot of inhibits kick in at 80kts, cautions and warnings, and reactivate at a pre determined alt, say 400'

A Batik Air Malaysia (former Malindo Air) Boeing 737-900 still in Malindo colours, registration 9M-LNJ performing flight OD-181 from Kathmandu (Nepal) to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) with 132 passengers and 7 crew, had backtracked runway 20, was cleared for takeoff and commenced takeoff, when the crew rejected takeoff at high speed (about 165 knots over ground). The aircraft came to a stop about 75 meters/250 feet past the end of runway 20 with all gear on soft ground, the crew advised they were off the runway and had rejected takeoff due to a takeoff configuration warning detailing upon further query, they believed a system malfunction had caused the takeoff configuration warning.

Troubleshooting carried out found that speed brake lever switch was out of range and giving an intermittent signal.

Nope, just generalising.
On Boeings with EICAS, there are numerous messages that get inhibited at 80 knots - in fact if you need your message to fall through the inhibit, you need to specify that. Engine wise, there are only a few messages that fall through - ENG FAIL and ENG FIRE coming to mind.
