It's also been released in paperback (February 5th, 2002) - but, apparently, you CAN'T find it anywhere.

Documedia has a website <a href="http://www.documedia.co.uk" target="_blank">documedia</a> but it seems to be one of those "far to clever for it's own good" type of sites with lots of pop ups and things and I can't get it to work.

A clear and concise 159 pages!!

But at least it does have some good illustrative sketches and some clear explanations.
