Hi, on this russian metar what is the meaning of "70" in the 11CLRD70 part? A lot of these russian fields has this information, weird in summer no?

In Denmark it would mean, that all contamination has been removed from RWY 14 and friction coefficient is 0,70 - BUT they could have different standards.

JEP is right. This part of the METAR is transmitted in Russia and most of the former USSR countries even during summer, or to be precise it's reported even if there is no runway contamination observed.
11 indicates the runway CLRD stands for cleared or indicates that contamination ceased to exist and the digits indicate the measured friction coefficient, in this case 0,70 which equals good, even in Russia, as they use a slightly different pairing of friction coefficient vs. braking action.

But I was also wondering what is the meaning of "QFE752", I suppose its millibars, but what does it correspond to? hight of the field, transition alt or special altimetres? (elevation field is 414')

QFE752 is the QFE mmHg and related to the field elevation. Converted to hPa it's 1003 (1002,58 to be a little bit more precise, or 29.60 in inHg for our american friends ;)). Thus the group QFE752/1003.

hopefully a typo cos 11 indicates rwy 11L....................
