Flew down to Sleap last weekend to watch the Golding Barrett Aerobatic Competition was a packed Sleap like I'd never seen before, a real great GA event and for sure a recommend if there is a future competition near you.

It's great to find the social side of GA is still there, I guess its due to me having an international as a base but events like this add a great positivity to the GA experience that I wondered if still existed.

Be good to hear of other events anyone may have been to that are real GA social get togethers.

They are run by the British Aerobatics Association http://www.aerobatics.org.uk/events-info.htm (http://www.aerobatics.org.uk/events-info.htm)

Ok my steep turns in the warrior dont come any where near but you can see why they say doing some aerobatics can improve your pilot skills and ability in the air no end.

some hd vid i took at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDSjl8BusTc (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDSjl8BusTc) and part 2 at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vet7wVV2ss (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vet7wVV2ss)
