Airbus' Door Emergency Operation

Greeting from Brazil. I would like to know if someone could give some hints or help me find some sort of file or website concerning the emergency operation of Airbus' doors.
Precisely, I'm looking for info on the pneumatic system that blows the door out, and recommendations for the times when the system does not work properly, or at all.

The AMM/TSM i would have thought ,as for what to do if they dont work surely your training has covered that scenario
