Gatwick to Heathrow

One more question for the group regarding routings. What is the most common routing for a gatwick to heathrow flight, landing to the West at EGLL?

I appreciate the help as we are working on several LOFT projects.

Depart Gatwick on a BIGGIN SID (http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/aip/current/ad/EGKK/EG_AD_2_EGKK_6-2_en.pdf) this takes you to BIG where you fly the Standard approach. There are specialised SIDs for inter TMA positioning flights
