First of all can I say what a great job the guys and girls do at london info, and especially when the volcanic ash cloud hit and they were having to deal with a huge volume of traffic all over the UK, from 152's, to biz jets going VFR.
I was wondering what the make up of london info is and who man's it? Is it in the same building at Swanick or seperate? Are the people ATCO's who happen to have been given that assignment, or could you be controlling planes IFR into london one day, and the next day sat around giving flight information services to the tiddlers?
